Here at Argo City LTD we offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products (Excluding standard wear & tear on bulbs)

If any item is faulty please contact us & we will either replace or refund & if we require the item to be returned to us we will cover the cost of returned postage.

As a registered business we offer you this guarantee which distinguishes us from the rest!

Q: I need to return my item as it is not what I wanted, how many days after I received the item can I return it to you? A: 30 working days ? Please contact us via the eBay message system & one of our friendly team will give you our simple return details

Q: Will you refund my P&P charges? A: Returns postage fees are at the discretion of our customer support team, please contact them for more information. *If an item is faulty or of course we are at fault then you will not incur any return postage charges!

Q: I received my item and it has been broken in transit, how do I get a replacement? A: Sorry to hear about this, please send us a message to advise of the damaged item via eBay messages, we will then provide you with our FREE post return details and will replace your damaged item without any issues

Q: How long will it take for you to answer my question? A: Our aim is to respond to all questions within 24 hours via eBay messages. *We are closed over the weekend so any messages sent at that time will be responded to the following working day

Q: I have made payment via eCheque, how long with it take to clear? A: An eCheque can take up to 9 days to clear. As soon as your payment has cleared we will dispatch your order and you will receive an email to advise of this.

Q: I have only received part of my order? A: If you have ordered more than one item from us, it is possible they may have been shipped separately. So we there ask that you please be patient if the order does not come as one complete parcel. If the entire order has not arrived within 7 working days, please let us know and we will resolve the issue for you. If you ordered an item which includes a FREE gift please double check the packaging as the small bulbs included are very easily missed.

Q: I have ordered using the Argos click & collect service, how will I know when my item is in store? A: As soon as your order has been checked and packaged it will be dispatched to your chosen Argos store. As soon as they receive the package they will scan it and notify eBay that it has arrived who will then notify yourself via either email or text alert that your item is in stock for collection along with your unique SM code which you will need to quote at the Argos store to accept the parcel.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept the following payment methods: PayPal / Postal Order (UK ? Sterling only) / Credit/Debit Card. (You can also call us on (01902) 714466 Monday ? Friday 9am-4pm if you wish us to take your payment from you over the phone)

Q: Will these LED bulbs cause an error to show on my dash? A: If the vehicle has a Canbus (bulb failure system) then the LED bulbs may require resistors installing. In that case we do supply resistors for certain bulb fitments at a reasonable rate, please send us a message prior to purchase so that we can advise you further. We always advise to try the bulbs both ways in the housing because these LED bulbs are polarity sensitive. Even some canbus error free bulbs can still product an error because of increased vehicle resistance, in that case a resistor may still be required.

Q: How do I receive a postage discount on multiple purchases? A: Most of our items are FREE postage within the UK and some outside of the UK too! If that is not the case, please commit to buy on all the items you require and the discount should be applied at the checkout stage. If, for any reason it has not been applied, please 'Request total from seller' and we will be happy to send you a revised invoice.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard or myHermes courier unless otherwise stated in the listing. Delivery is estimated with both these companies to be around 2-4 working days, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. Outside of the UK we kindly ask our customers to allow around 14 working days, although is generally less. *Remember weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Q: Will these wipers fit my car? A: If you are unsure the blades you are looking at will be suitable please contact us with the following information: 1) Vehicle Make & Model 2) Vehicle Month/Year. We will then let you know If we stock the blades you require. *If you have already ordered and not provided us with this information we will be in touch with you shortly for clarification.

Q: Will these bulbs fit my car? A: We are very confident in the accuracy of the data that we provide in our listings however please note that the compatibility chart is for guidance only and we therefore ask you to please refer to the original handbook provided with the vehicle, this should have the bulb fitment information to confirm this. Alternatively, please contact us for any further assistance.

Q: What is the temperature of your 55w and 100w bulbs? A: Our 55w xenon bulbs emit around 4500 Kelvins and our 100w xenon bulbs emit around 8500 Kelvins.* Note, 100w bulbs for 'Off Road' use only. A possible wire change may be required if bulbs previously ran for a long period of time at less than 100w to prevent potential fusing! Consult with your handbook!

Q: Will this aerial fit my car? A: All our bee sting aerials come with different screw thread adaptors, they will not always be suitable for every car model on the market. We therefore ask you to double check your existing screw thread fitment and compare it to the threads supplied with the aerial which are shown in the listing. If you need help with this, please drop us a message and one of our friendly team will guide you.

Q: Will these pedals fit my car? A: All our pedal covers are a standard/universal fit. They simply slide over the top of your foot pedals and them using the clamps provided you tighten them up from underneath to secure into place. You will need to check the dimensions within the listing description itself to ensure the pedals will suitably fit as car models vary. They are not suitable for automatic transmission vehicles.

Q: Will this gear knob fit my car? A: All our gear knobs are a standard/universal fit and come with various size adaptors which can be custom fit as required. They are NOT suitable for the lift up reverse function or for automatic vehicles. If you need help with this, please drop us a message and one of our friendly team will guide you.

Q: How do your 12v travel kettles and heaters work? A: All of our 12v products require the engine to be running on your vehicle to be most effective. Without the engine running they will not perform correctly.

Q: I can see that you are located close to me, is it possible to come and collect my item? A: Yes of course that is not a problem at all, please send us an email or call us to advise us that you are coming so that we can ensure that your item is all ready for you when you arrive.

Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping service? A: Sorry this is not a service that we currently offer at present I am afraid.
